Narrante is the debut album by Naqsh Duo -- Iranian composers and multi-instrumentalists Golfam Khayam and Mona Matbou Riahi -- released on ECM in 2016. Recorded in Lugano and produced by Manfred Eicher and Ramin Sadighi, the album draws on Persian classical music and contemporary composition across nine tracks, including the extended centrepieces "Lacrimae" and "Battaglia."
