His Majesty, King Funk is a 1965 soul-jazz album by guitarist Grant Green, recorded at Van Gelder Studio in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and produced by Creed Taylor. This is a UK pressing on Verve (VLP 9111), released the same year as the US edition. Green leads a small group through six cuts including "The Selma March" and "Willow Weep For Me."
