It follows the commercial breakthrough of Future Shock and pushes further into electro and synth-funk territory. This is the European pressing, manufactured in Holland. "Hardrock" and "Metal Beat" showcase Hancock and Laswell's integration of hip-hop production techniques with jazz-funk structure.
