Hi-Tension were a London-based funk band whose 1978 debut single "British Hustle" reached the UK Top 10. This original UK 12" on Island Records was produced by Kofi Ayivor and engineered by Alex Sadkin, with Chris Blackwell as executive producer. The B-side "Peace On Earth" features prominently in the group's live reputation. Both tracks were written by David and Ken Joseph.
