Product Review:
EX/EX - visual grading only.

Horace Silver And The Jazz Messengers was originally issued as Blue Note BLP 1518 in 1956, recorded at Van Gelder Studio, Hackensack in 1954--55. This 2005 reissue, remastered from analogue by Rudy Van Gelder at 24-bit, captures the early Jazz Messengers lineup with Silver and Blakey. Highlights include "The Preacher" and "Doodlin'", both hard bop standards. Produced by Alfred Lion.

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
