Howlin' Wolf's early Sun Records sides, cut at 706 Union Avenue between 1951 and 1952, before his move to Chess. These 16 tracks capture Chester Burnett recording Delta and Memphis blues in mono, with writing credits shared between Burnett and Sonny Boy Williamson. This Charly Records UK reissue compiles the full run of Sun sessions on one LP.
