I-Roy was one of the foundational toasters of early 1970s Jamaican reggae, and this 1997 Blood & Fire compilation draws from sessions produced by Bunny Lee, Keith Hudson, and Clive Chin, mixed at Randy's Studio and King Tubby's between 1972 and 1975. Sixteen tracks including "Sidewalk Killer" -- a cut over Tommy McCook's "Sidewalk Doctor" rhythm -- and a version of Keith Hudson's "Hot Stuff".
