Hell And Sorrow is the debut album by Jamaican toaster I-Roy (Roy Samuel Reid), released in 1973 on Trojan Records (TRLS.71). Self-written and self-produced, it collects his early Studio One and Harry J-era vocal cuts over classic riddims. "Trouble Man" and "African Descendant" are among the standout tracks on a record that established I-Roy as one of reggae's most distinctive DJs.
