Icho Candy's "Mr. User" is a Jamaican 7" produced by George Phang on his Power House label. Phang was one of the leading dancehall producers of the early-to-mid 1980s, working regularly with artists including Frankie Paul, Sugar Minott, and Barrington Levy. The B-side carries the instrumental version. No pressing year confirmed -- likely mid-1980s.
