Idris Muhammad's "Could Heaven Ever Be Like This" first appeared on CTI's Kudu imprint in 1977, produced by Dave Matthews. This 2019 repress pairs the original 8-minute disco cut with a Late Nite Tuff Guy remix on the A-side. The track has been widely sampled -- notably by Daft Punk on "Face to Face." Pressed at MPO, distributed via Prime Direct.
