Product Review:
From a superb single owner collection. Visual grading.

2007 Trojan double-CD reissue collecting I-Roy's early 1970s recordings for producer Augustus "Gussie" Clarke. I-Roy was among the first generation of toasters to define the DJ-over-riddim style, and these 1972--73 sessions capture him at his most prolific. Disc two loads up the dub and version cuts. "First Cut Is The Deepest" appears here in one of reggae's more unusual readings.
