Product Review:
Aged sleeve with two split corners and cello repair to opening. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

J.J. Johnson was among the first trombonists to fully adapt the instrument to bebop, and this 1953 Savoy EP captures him in that early prime. Released as part of the New Trends Of Jazz series on 45 RPM 7", the four tracks -- Jay Bird, Jay Jay, Mad Be Bop, and Coppin' The Bop -- showcase his precise, fluid phrasing across a tight bop session.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
