Jah Thomas (Nkrumah Thomas) was a Jamaican dancehall DJ active from the late 1970s, known for his work on the Midnight Rock label. This 1980 Jamaican original 7" pairs the vocal cut with its dub version on the flip. Midnight Rock was Thomas's own imprint, keeping production and distribution in-house during a key moment in early dancehall's development.
