Jan Garbarek's Legend Of The Seven Dreams, recorded July 1988 at Rainbow Studio, Oslo and produced by Manfred Eicher. The Norwegian saxophonist leads a quartet through spacious, melody-driven compositions blending Scandinavian folk with jazz. Original West German CD pressing, manufactured by PDO in Hannover. Standout track "He Comes From The North" runs over thirteen minutes and anchors the album.
