Produced by Manfred Eicher, it draws on commission work including music for the film Trollsyn and a suite connected to descendants of Chiricahua Apache Chief Mangas Coloradas. Garbarek's soprano and tenor sax anchor a set that moves between Nordic folk tones and open, electronic-textured jazz.
