Jay & The Techniques were a racially integrated soul group from Allentown, Pennsylvania, led by Jay Proctor. This is the 1967 UK Philips pressing (SBL.7834) of their debut LP, produced by Jerry Ross and arranged by Joe Renzetti. The title track reached number 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and "Keep The Ball Rollin'" followed as a top 20 hit. Upbeat Northern soul-leaning R&B throughout.
