Samba Reggae is a 1992 album by Jamaican reggae singer Jimmy Cliff, released in France in 1993 on Celluloid/Esoldun. Cliff had been a commercial force since The Harder They Come soundtrack in 1972, and this album finds him in pop-reggae territory. The title track blends Brazilian and Caribbean rhythms, while "Shout For Freedom" closes the set at nearly eight minutes.
