Open Land is a 1999 ECM album from guitarist John Abercrombie, recorded at Avatar Studio in New York in September 1998 and produced by Manfred Eicher. Abercrombie wrote all nine tracks, ranging from the spacious title piece to the bop-inflected "Gimme Five" and the reflective "Remember When." This is the CD reissue on ECM 1683.
