Ballads is a studio album by The John Coltrane Quartet, originally released in 1962 on Impulse! Records. Produced by Bob Thiele, it features Coltrane's tenor saxophone alongside McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison, and Elvin Jones across eight standards including "You Don't Know What Love Is" and "Nancy (With The Laughing Face)". This is a 1974 ABC Impulse reissue on black label.
