Soultrane was recorded in February 1958 for Prestige Records, featuring Coltrane alongside Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. This is the 1987 Original Jazz Classics remastered CD reissue (OJCCD-021-2). Highlights include an 11-minute reading of Billy Eckstine's "I Want To Talk About You" and Fred Lacey's "Theme For Ernie", both central to Coltrane's live repertoire of the period.
