Dial Africa compiles 1958 Savoy sessions led by trumpeter Wilbur Harden with John Coltrane on tenor saxophone, recorded during Coltrane's transitional period between Miles Davis and his own quartet. Produced originally by Ozzie Cadena, the six tracks include two takes of B.J. and the nearly ten-minute "Once In A While." This 1985 Italian Savoy Jazz CD reissue was produced for reissue by Bob Porter.
