Hard Work is a 1976 album by alto saxophonist John Handy, released on Impulse! Records. Produced by Esmond Edwards, it finds Handy in soul-jazz territory, with funk rhythms running through the title track and "Afro Wiggle". "Blues For Louis Jordan" is a direct nod to the jump blues pioneer. This is the UK pressing on Impulse! IMPL 8038.
