US Fantasy Press. Beautifully looked after looks hardly played just some faint hairlines to both discs. Sleeve has ringwear and edgewear.

Black Snake compiles two Riverside Records albums -- The Country Blues of John Lee Hooker (1959) and That's My Story (1960) -- onto a 1977 Fantasy double LP. Recorded in a stripped-back, near-solo style, the set captures Hooker on acoustic guitar working through Delta blues standards including "Tupelo Blues", "Pea Vine Special", and "Good Mornin' Lil' School Girl". Solid blue Fantasy labels throughout.
