Primal Solos collects live recordings by John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers from 1965 and 1968, originally released in 1977 and reissued on CD by London/Decca in 1988. The 1965 Flamingo Club set features early Bluesbreakers material including "Have You Ever Loved A Woman" and "Hoochie Coochie Man", while the 1968 recordings capture a later lineup across two separate performances.
