Johnny Clarke's "Ride On" is a Jamaican 7" on the Taxi label, produced by Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare during their early 1980s run helming roots and dancehall productions. Clarke was one of the most consistent vocalists of the roots era, and Taxi was among the most respected imprints of the period. The B-side carries the dub version over the same riddim.
