Alto saxophonist Johnny Hodges teams with organist Wild Bill Davis and guitarist Grant Green across two 1965 sessions recorded at Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, produced by Creed Taylor. Originally issued on Verve, this 2007 Lone Hill Jazz CD reissue compiles both sessions across 16 tracks, including "Warm Valley", "Solitude", and "Take The A Train".
