1983 UK 12" on Starlight/Black Joy, produced by Prince Jammy. Johnny Osbourne's "Water Pumping" and Wayne Smith's "Music On My Mind" appear on a shared DH 830 catalogue number -- both labels ran the same sequence, confirmed across multiple releases. Jammy was deep in his digital dancehall transition at this point, bridging roots production with the computerised sound he'd fully realise two years later with "Under Mi Sleng Ting."
