From a beautifully preserved collection. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Johnny St. Cyr was a New Orleans banjoist who played on landmark Louis Armstrong and Jelly Roll Morton sessions in the 1920s. This UK Tempo EP captures his later Hot Five recordings in a traditional New Orleans style, working through four standards including "Careless Love" and "Darktown Strutters' Ball." A rare UK 7" EP on Tempo's EXA series.
