Jonah Jones was an American jazz trumpeter known for his swinging, accessible style, and this French EP on Disques Vogue captures him in fine form across four tracks including "Confessin'" and "I May Be Wrong." Released on the Vogue EPL series -- a respected French jazz imprint that documented key American artists for European audiences. A neat, compact slice of mainstream jazz trumpet.
