KC & The Sunshine Band's debut UK single, released on Jay Boy in 1974 ahead of their breakthrough. Recorded in Florida for T.K. Productions and produced by Richard Finch, "Sound Your Funky Horn" was the group's first release before "Rock Your Baby" changed everything for the label. The B-side is "Why Don't We Get Together." An original UK pressing on Jay Boy (BOY 83).
