Mid-90s UK street soul -- four mixes of a slow-burning R&B groove plus Funkii's Bonus Beats on the flip. Produced by Funkii, Jim Robins, Lee Heron and Big Trev, this is the original Soul City pressing (SC 12 001). Karleen's vocal sits right in that sweet spot between US radio R&B and homegrown UK flavour. The Underground Soul Mix is the one to cue up first.
