Quiet Kenny is a 1959 solo showcase for trumpeter Kenny Dorham, recorded at Van Gelder Studio in Englewood Cliffs and originally released on New Jazz. Backed by Tommy Flanagan, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor, Dorham works through standards including "Alone Together" and "Mack the Knife" alongside originals. This 2001 Prestige remaster uses 20-bit K2 conversion and was limited to 10,000 copies.
