Product Review:
ECM Records CD. Kenny Wheeler's late-career flugelhorn poetry with Norma Winstone and the Soft Machine rhythm section. Rare and gorgeous.

Kenny Wheeler's *A Long Time Ago* was recorded in 1997--98 at Gateway Studio, Kingston, and released on ECM in 1999. A brass ensemble project co-produced with Evan Parker and Stan Sulzmann, it features Wheeler's extended compositional writing across seven pieces, including the 31-minute title suite. Manfred Eicher executive-produced. German pressing on ECM 1691.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
