Kool Jazz is a 1972 compilation on De-Lite Records gathering early Kool & The Gang recordings, including the Coltrane tribute "I Remember John W. Coltrane" and three live cuts. This is the 1974 German Polydor promo pressing (2310 337), marked "Unverkäufliche Musterplatte" -- sample copy not for sale -- produced and arranged by Gene Redd Jr. and the band.
