Lacksley Castell's debut album, released in 1982 on the UK roots imprint Negus Roots (NERLP 002). Produced by Robert "Flako" Palmer, the record covers spiritual and social ground across nine tracks, with the title cut, "Government Man," and "Bound In Bondage" among the standouts. An original UK pressing of a well-regarded early-80s roots set.
