Mrs. La Groove is a 1985 UK 12" single by Lena Lewis, released on Carrere Records (CART 367). Produced by Errol Lafleur, the release pairs the driving title track with the B-side "So Sweet" -- both sitting in the electronic disco sound that characterised mid-80s UK dancefloor releases. Carrere was a French-rooted label active in the UK through this period across pop, soul, and electronic releases.
