Product Review:
Sleeve almost NM!

Alto saxophonist Lennie Niehaus recorded these quintet sessions in Los Angeles in 1954 and 1956 for Contemporary Records, produced by Lester Koenig. Originally issued as a 10" LP (C2513), the 12" added four tracks from a new 1956 session. This 1987 OJC reissue on OJC-319 is remastered. The 1954 dates were among the first jazz recordings made with an AKG C-12 condenser microphone.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
