Leon Haywood's "Don't Push It Don't Force It" was a US R&B top 10 hit in 1980, written and produced by Haywood himself for 20th Century Fox. This is the UK 12" single, manufactured and distributed by RCA. The A-side was famously sampled by Warren G and Nate Dogg on "Regulate" (1994), giving it lasting crate appeal well beyond its original boogie-soul audience.
