Leroy Sibbles, former lead vocalist of The Heptones and one of reggae's most respected voices, released "Rock And Come On" on Canadian imprint Micron Music Limited. This UK white label pressing circulated the 12" domestically, with a stamped A-side and a blank instrumental version on the flip. Sibbles bridged roots and early dancehall across his solo output, and this sits firmly in that dancehall vein.
