Give Love A Try is a 1985 dancehall single by Leroy Smart, produced and arranged by George Phang with Sly & Robbie on rhythm duties. Released on the Arrival label out of Jamaica, the A-side is backed with an instrumental version. George Phang's Powerhouse productions were a driving force in mid-80s dancehall, and Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare anchored many of the era's defining rhythms.
