From a beautifully preserved collection. Sticker on sleeve. Laminate bubbling. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Lionel Hampton And His Orchestra recorded this EP live at the Apollo Hall in 1954, capturing the vibraphonist at his performing peak. Released on Philips (BBE 12017) in the UK, the two-sided EP features "Stardust" and "How High The Moon" -- both swing staples given the full Hampton treatment, with his orchestra in tight support.
