From the Maxi Jazz Collection. London Posse's Money Mad -- the patois-inflected UK hip-hop duo at their most hard-edged. One of the most distinctive acts in British rap history, still undervalued.

London Posse's 1988 single on Justice Records (JTT 003), produced by Bevington and Tim Westwood. One of the earliest UK hip-hop releases to blend Jamaican patois and London street dialect, predating their Talkin' Savvy LP. The vocal and instrumental cuts both appear here on the original 12".
