Lonesome Sundown was a Louisiana swamp blues guitarist and vocalist who recorded for Excello Records in the late 1950s and 60s. This 1970 UK Blue Horizon compilation collects recordings made in Crowley, Louisiana between 1958 and 1965, capturing his raw, Gulf Coast guitar style. Mono pressing on the Blue Horizon catalogue number 7-63864.
