Lonnie Liston Smith's 1990 LP on Startrak Records, recorded at Calliope Studios in New York. The set blends soul, jazz-funk, and contemporary R&B, covering Thelonious Monk's "Monk's Mood" and Anita Baker's "Giving You The Best That I Got." The title track and "Dance Floor" keep things grooving, while "Heaven" carries a gospel-influenced vocal arrangement. A late-career entry from the Cosmic Echoes bandleader.
