Recorded live at the Cadillac Club, Newark, New Jersey on 7 November 1970 and shelved until this 1995 Blue Note Rare Groove Series release, produced for CD by Michael Cuscuna and Bob Belden. Donaldson's organ-backed hard bop quartet stretches out across six tracks, including a 13-minute "Alligator Boogaloo" and the title cut. Francis Wolff produced the original session.
