Macka B's fourth album, released 1988 on Mad Professor's Ariwa label. Recorded at Ariwa Sounds studio in South London, it showcases the Birmingham-born toaster's conscious lyrics across ragga rhythms produced and mixed by Mad Professor. Bonus CD track "Roots And Culture" is drawn from Ariwa's 1988 compilation Breaking The Barriers With Sound Volume 1.
