Livin' On The Edge is the debut album by Philadelphia vocalist Mason, released on Elektra in 1987. Produced by Kae Williams Jr., it blends freestyle, electro, and soul across eight tracks including the title cut and "Crazy Life". Williams had previously worked with acts on the Philly scene, and his production here reflects the polished East Coast freestyle sound of the mid-80s.
