Matt Murphy's Way Down South soulful guitar blues from a player best known for the Blues Brothers band.

Matt Murphy -- Chicago blues guitarist and Blues Brothers alumnus -- released Way Down South in 1990 on Austin's Antone's Records. Recorded with a tight band, it runs through originals and shuffles across ten tracks, with "Gimme Somma Dat" and "Blue Walls" both stretching past six minutes. This European pressing was distributed via Sonet Records in London.
