Mikey General is a Jamaican roots reggae vocalist who recorded for producer Jah Lloyd's Kaya imprint during the 1980s. This 7" single pairs the vocal cut of Singer With The Flavor against a dub version on the flip -- standard roots format. Kaya releases from this era circulated primarily in Jamaica and the UK reggae market and are now scarce outside specialist collections.
