Super copy! A couple of superficial scuffs do not affect play
Miles Davis recorded this soundtrack in Paris on 4–5 December 1957, improvising live to projected footage of Louis Malle's debut film. This Fontana CD (836 305-2), pressed in West Germany, compiles the complete sessions -- 26 tracks including six previously unreleased takes. The quartet features Davis in an early modal mode, years before Kind of Blue formalised the approach.
